2008 Santa Monica Glow Festival

This is a shot of the thousands of people walking on the pier that night. I loved the way the low light captured the energy of the movement, and also loved the projected word "glow" on the building.

2003 Cologne Germany

I took this shot while waiting to board the train in the foreground to Munich. I found the inside of the station with its crossing lines and shapes to be striking. The Cologne cathedral is in the background to the right of the frame.

2003 Tecate Mexico

This picture was taken at the Rancho De Sus Ninos orphanage in Tecate Mexico. We had some play time with the kids drawing pictures with chalk! Again, I love the way motion in a photo works to capture the energy of the moment.
